Some products may be handmade, hand-finished or manufactured using natural materials.

Natural materials can vary and may have differences in:

  • Colour

  • Finish
  • Appearance

These differences may be part of the character of the product and will not necessarily constitute a fault.

Product photography is intended to provide an accurate representation of the product, but colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting and display settings.

5. Product Dimensions and Suitability

Dimensions shown on our website are provided in good faith and, where applicable, are supplied by the manufacturer or supplier.

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended space.

For larger furniture, you should check:

  • Door widths
  • Hallways
  • Staircases
  • Lifts
  • Corridors
  • Turns and corners
  • Ceiling height
  • Access to the room
  • The available space within your property

You should also consider the dimensions of packaging where relevant.

We cannot accept responsibility where a product cannot be delivered or installed because adequate access has not been provided or the customer has not checked the relevant dimensions, subject always to your statutory rights.

Some products may be held by Hall Interiors, while others may be supplied directly by our manufacturers, suppliers or fulfilment partners.

Availability shown on our website is not a guarantee that an item will remain available until your order is processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Where we cannot fulfil an order, we will provide a refund for any payment made for the unavailable product.

7. Made-to-Order, Bespoke and Personalised Products

Some products may be made to order, personalised, customised or manufactured specifically for you.

Where applicable, this will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated before purchase.

We will not knowingly rely on an obvious pricing error to deprive you of your statutory rights.

10. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.

Receipt of an order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
