At Hall Interiors, we carefully select furniture, lighting and home accessories from trusted interior brands and suppliers, and we work hard to offer our customers competitive prices on pieces we know they will love. Our standard pricing will ALWAYS be at least 10% lower than other brands selling the same pieces as us.

If you find the identical product advertised for less by another eligible UK retailer, please let us know. We’ll review the price and, where the request meets our Price Promise criteria, we’ll aim to match it.

Our Price Promise is designed to give you confidence that you’re getting a competitive price when shopping with Hall Interiors, alongside the service, product authenticity and customer care we provide.

How Our Price Promise Works

If you have found the same product at a lower price elsewhere, please contact us before placing your order.

Our team will check the product, price, availability and delivery costs to ensure we are making a fair like-for-like comparison.

If your request qualifies, we will confirm the price we can offer and explain how to proceed with your purchase.

All Price Promise requests are reviewed individually.

What Qualifies for Our Price Promise?

For a price match to be considered, the following conditions normally apply:

The product must be identical

The competitor's product must be the same:

• Brand
• Product/model
• Size
• Colour
• Finish
• Material
• Configuration
• Specification

The product must be genuinely identical to the product sold by Hall Interiors.

A similar or comparable product does not qualify.

The competitor must be an eligible UK retailer

The product must be advertised by a genuine UK-based retailer selling to the public.

Where applicable, the retailer should be an authorised stockist of the brand.

We do not match prices from private sellers, unauthorised resellers or marketplace sellers.

The product must be new and available

The competitor's product must be:

• Brand new
• Currently advertised
• In stock or available to order
• Available for purchase by the general public

The lower price must be available at the time we assess your request.

We compare the total price

To ensure a fair comparison, we consider the total price payable, including applicable VAT and mandatory delivery charges.

For larger furniture and specialist deliveries, this is particularly important as delivery charges can vary considerably between retailers.

Where relevant, we may also take into account whether the competitor offers equivalent delivery, service or product terms.

What We Don't Normally Price Match

Our Price Promise is intended for genuine like-for-like comparisons. We therefore do not normally match:

• Clearance or liquidation prices
• Outlet products
• Ex-display products
• Returned, damaged or refurbished products
• End-of-line or discontinued products
• Marketplace or third-party sellers
• Auction websites
• Private sellers
• Trade-only prices
• Wholesale prices
• Membership-only prices
• Employee or staff discounts
• Personal or account-specific discounts
• Voucher or promotional codes
• Cashback offers
• Loyalty rewards or points
• Multi-buy or bundle offers
• Free-gift promotions
• Finance-only offers
• First-order discounts
• Offers requiring a subscription or membership
• Prices available only to selected customers
• Pricing errors or obvious misprints
• International retailers or prices in currencies other than GBP

We may also exclude temporary promotional campaigns where the competitor's pricing is not comparable with our normal retail pricing.

Promotional Prices

We understand that retailers regularly run sales and promotions.

Where a competitor is running a genuine public promotion, we may consider the promotional price provided that:

• The product is identical
• The offer is publicly available to all customers
• The product is in stock or available to order
• No voucher, membership, personal discount or other additional condition is required
• The total price represents a genuine like-for-like comparison

Each request will be assessed individually.

Price Promise After You Purchase

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Hall Interiors.

If you find the identical product advertised for less by an eligible UK retailer within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us with the details.

Where the request meets all of the Price Promise criteria, we may refund the difference to your original payment method.

The product must still meet our eligibility requirements at the time we assess the request.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

What Happens If a Supplier Changes Their Price?

Our product prices may occasionally change due to supplier price changes, promotions, stock availability or other commercial factors.

If a product is reduced by Hall Interiors after you have placed your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the difference under our Price Promise.

Can a Price Match Be Combined With Another Offer?

A Price Promise price cannot normally be combined with another Hall Interiors discount, promotional code, introductory offer or other promotional incentive.

Where a price match is approved, the agreed price will become the applicable purchase price for that product.

Our Right to Verify a Price

We may verify the competitor's price directly on their website or request additional information, such as a quotation or screenshot.

The lower price must be genuine, current and available to purchase.

If the advertised price changes or is no longer available before we complete our assessment, we may be unable to approve the request.

We will not match obvious pricing errors or prices that we reasonably believe have been advertised incorrectly.

Brand and Supplier Restrictions

Some of the brands we stock may have specific pricing requirements or restrictions that apply to their authorised retailers.

Where a brand or supplier does not permit us to reduce the advertised price, we may be unable to offer a price match.

We will always aim to find the best solution available to you.

Price Promise Approval

All Price Promise requests are subject to verification and approval by Hall Interiors.

We reserve the right to decline a request where the product, retailer, price or promotional terms do not meet the requirements of this policy.

Our decision on whether a price match qualifies is final, subject to your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Price Promise for future purchases. Any Price Promise already approved by Hall Interiors will not be affected by a subsequent change to this policy.
